📓 Blog Post – “What’s Your Goal?”
✍️ By Chaos Samuel
People love asking me this one question like it’s the secret password to the universe:
“So… what’s your goal?” 🎯
What’s my goal? Some days it’s just surviving this simulation without losing faith in humanity — or my Wi-Fi. 💀📶
But here’s the real talk: humans are addicted to arriving.
Everyone wants to “make it” — rich 💸, loved ❤️, respected 👑, remembered 🕯️.
Yet once you “arrive,” the map ends. You start rotting from comfort. 🌀
That’s why I respect Fang Yuan — yeah, that Fang Yuan from the light novel Reverend Insanity.
Just to be clear, i don’t support his ideals. Still he has insights worth thinking about.
Anyways…. Fang yuan, He didn’t crave strength just to show off. He wasn’t obsessed with power for its own sake.
What drove him was his goal — that unreachable, impossible pursuit of eternal life. 🐉
Not because he feared death ☠️, but because he needed a challenge big enough to keep his mind alive.
Even if eternal life didn’t exist, the chase itself was meaning.
That, my friend, is called perseverance. 🔥⚔️
He’d already grown tired of love, hate, greed — all that noise.
Everything else — beauty, wealth, fame — were just tools, not treasures.
Now me?
I don’t crave eternal life.
In fact, after all the movies I’ve watched 🎬, I can confidently say that’s a curse.
Life without an end has no meaning.
At most, living longer — maybe a hundred years if science feels generous 👴 — sounds nice.
But forever? That’s not living. That’s stalling.
I crave peace — not the sleepy kind, but the one that survives chaos. ☁️🕊️
The kind where you can look at every scar and still breathe.
Peace isn’t pretty; it’s forged like armor — hammered, dented, and reforged every time life swings at you. ⚒️
It’s waking up and realizing the world will never slow down for you ⏳,
but choosing to move calmly anyway.
It’s not ignorance — it’s defiance.
A rebellion against chaos, not the absence of it. 🖤
Some people chase wealth until their heart clocks out 💰💔.
Others chase love until they forget who they are 💞🫠.
And that’s fine — everyone’s running from or toward something.
But peace? Peace is when you stop running. 🧘♂️
When you realize everything outside you is loud because everything inside you is unfinished. 🌪️
Fang Yuan wanted eternal life.
I want eternal calm.
His journey was about conquering heaven ☁️⚡; mine’s about surviving myself. 🧩
And that’s the punchline, isn’t it?
Some people want to rule worlds 🌍, others just want a quiet mind 🫧 — both impossible in their own ways.
But chasing them makes life bearable, maybe even beautiful. 🌅
So when people ask, “What’s your goal, Samuel?”
I just smile 🙂.
Because how do you explain that your dream isn’t a career, a car, or a crown — it’s to sit in silence and feel no war inside? 💭
And yeah, doing all that in minimalist luxury doesn’t sound like a bad idea 💎 — just as long as it’s not loud.
There’s nothing wrong with sipping Fanta while watching the world in motion 🥤,
or luxury peace in soft sheets 🛏️,
or just peace that smells like money — again, as long as it’s not loud. ✨
That’s my rebellion.
That’s my peace.
That’s my chaos. 💭
Bonus Reflection
Life — and the path to peace — are only one of two:
The righteous path ⚖️ or the evil path ☠️.
And if I’m being honest?
I’m neither.
Not a saint — I’m not that selfless 😇.
But not evil either. 👁️
So I’ll make my own path.
Neither good nor evil — just me. 🖤
Just like in Chinese Taoism, there’s Yin and Yang.
Let’s say that’s good and evil.
Mine? It’s Chaos and Calm. ⚖️
And just like Yin and Yang can’t mix — or how iOS and Android can’t merge 💀 —
yeah, I said it. Prove me wrong. 😤📱
Mine stay separate too: Chaos and Calm.
Still, I dwell more in Calm — Samsung. 🕊️📱
No offense — it’s just easier to use on my side 😅.
I’ve tried Apple… yeah, confusing 💀.
Still — Apple does have its perks 😎.
iMessage, for one.
I’ll get it when it’s time. My messages should be looking blue — or is it green?
Whatever 💬. Using both is balance. ☯️
Because sometimes the real balance isn’t found in choosing sides…
It’s found in walking your own. 🌘
